Shampa Bagchi is the CEO of ConvergeHub and is obsessed with helping businesses utilize technology to solve complex challenges. She is passionate about exploring the intersection between Business, Technology and People its power to change the world. Recognized as a leader in the small business community in United States and Indian IT segments.

Shampa Bagchi was instrumental in making India proud being selected as Women of Year in Technology and her dream of making India to be Digitalized begin with journey of her IT Projects and CRM based applications with West Bengal Government and WEBEL joint venture Projects was a success story in last two decades . She has been a ‘woman in tech’ long before #womenintech became a movement. With a goal to train the future generations in technology, Shampa has founded Onward Academy, an education institute in India, with a strong focus on providing technology education to the youth. Onward Academy is situated in the heart of Kolkata city with mission to increase the participation of women in Technology.

To make this dream a reality, Onward Academy has launched the ‘Woman in Tech Movement .. Breaking Barriers’, which will be instrumental in increasing the participation of girls and women in technology-based careers.

Women in Tech 2022 Scholarship is being launched as a part of this Movement and aims to help women choose Technology as a career-path and be more successful in technology-oriented jobs.
